All bottles bear the vine-wrapped barrel logo, unless otherwise pictured.  All bottles are 750ml unless otherwise noted.

 

Rose Wine

Chambourcin Rose (2016) – Our third vintage.  Made using fresh, free-run juice only (gathering must from grapes without pressing).  Off-dry, with intense floral notes, and rich fruitiness.  Lovely pink color.  Released May 27th, 2017.  $24/bottle, $8/glass.

 

Cabernet Franc Rose (2016) – Our first Cab Franc Rose.  A medium strawberry color and delicate strawberry flavor.  Just a hint of sweetness with a crisp white grapefruit finish.    Released July 1, 2017.  $24/bottle, $8/glass.

 

White Wine

Chardonnay (2016) – Lightly oaked.  Full-bodied.  A great wine for Summer.  Released June 3, 2017.  $25/bottle, $8/glass.

Traminette Dry (2014) – Tart apple flavor and spicy finish.  Regular price = $18/Bottle, $7/Glass.  On sale until June 30, 2017:  $15/bottle; $40/Three Pack; $150/Case. 

Traminette Semi-Sweet (2015) – Rosewater aroma, apple flavor and spicy finish.  $18/Bottle, $7/Glass.

 

Red Wine – Dry and barrel-aged at least 18 months

Cabernet Franc (2012) – Barrel-aged 3.5 years.  Fruity up front, medium bodied and a smooth tannin finish.  $24/Bottle, $8/Glass.

Dutchman’s Creek Blend (Vintage Blend) – A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot & Tannat.  Vintage years are 2011, 2012 & 2013.  $30/Bottle, $9/Glass.  Released 7 May 2016.

Chambourcin (2014) – Our sixth vintage.  100% Chambourcin.  Barrel aged for 2.5 years.  Full-bodied.  $24/Bottle, $8/Glass.  Released May 27, 2017.

Petit Verdot (2014) – Rich color and flavor.  Barrel-aged 18 months.  $32/Bottle, $10/Glass.

Tannat (2012) – 100% Tannat.   Due to late May frost in 2013 and cold winters in 2014 & 2015 that damaged part of our plantings, this the only vintage available until we finish aging our 2016.  $40/Bottle, $10/Glass.

Tranquility (2012) – 50% Cabernet Sauvignon & 50% Tannat.  Unfiltered.  $35/Bottle, $10/Glass.

Merlot Reserve (2009) – Barrel-aged 5.5 years.  $45/Bottle, Not Sold by the Glass.

 

Fruit Wine

Apple (2016) – This is our second offering of Apple wine since 2009.  Dry, with cider notes.  Made from a blend of apples picked from our orchard:  Arkansas Black, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Fuji, MacIntosh.  Crushed and pressed using a hand-cranked cider press.  Steel aged.  Small batch:  only 24 cases available.  Released June 3, 2017.  $23/bottle, Not Sold by the Glass.

 

Persephone’s Punch – Pomegranate & barrel-aged Chambourcin blend.  Off-Dry.  Mineral finish.  $25/Bottle, $8/Glass.

 

 

Blackberry – Busting with the flavor of fresh Summer blackberries.  Blended with a bit of barrel-aged Chambourcin.  $29/Bottle, $9/Glass.

 

 

Vitis Rubus – Red raspberry and barrel-aged Chambourcin blended.  Aromatic, with a bright dry raspberry flavor up front and light oak finish.  1.5% res. sugar.  Released August 2015.  $25/Bottle, $8/Glass.

Sweet Cherry –  Just cherries!  Intense flavor.  Sweet at the front and tart on the finish.  Made from Montmorency pie cherries.  Enjoy it by itself or with desserts; especially delicious with dark chocolate, almond cookies, or coconut pastries.  A unique treat.  Semi-sweet.  $17/Bottle, $7/Glass.

 

 

Grandma’s Love Potion – 100% Blueberry wine.  Deep purple color, rich bodied, sweet beginning followed by a tart finish.  5.6% res. sugar.  $24/500ml Bottle, $8/Glass.

 

 

Port Wine

 

“Vison Noir” Chambourcin Port (2015) – Deep, dark, velvety smooth and rich, hence the name:  The name means “Black Mink”.  18% alcohol.  $35/bottle, Not Sold by the Glass.

 

 

 

“Royale” Petit Verdot Port (2016) – Dark, inky, jammy & rich.  A dry port-style wine.    18% alcohol.  $35/bottle, Not Sold by the Glass.
