Our selections change with the seasons, the cellar, and the character of each vintage. Some wines are newly released, others have been aging quietly for years.
🍇 Red Wines
Wines with structure, depth, and a sense of time. These are shaped not only by the vineyard, but by patience in the cellar.
Dutchman’s Creek Blend
A non-vintage blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Tannat. Built for balance and consistency, with layers that reflect multiple vintages.
Chambourcin Reserve
A deeper expression of Chambourcin, showing darker fruit, oak influence, and a longer finish.
Petit Verdot
Bold and structured, with dark fruit and firm tannins. A wine that rewards time and food.
Cabernet Franc
Balanced and expressive, with red fruit, subtle herbs, and a soft finish. One of the most versatile wines at the table.
Serenity
A softer, more approachable red, crafted for relaxed enjoyment without losing structure.
Tannat
Dense, powerful, and deeply structured. A wine with presence—best enjoyed slowly.
🍇 White Wines
Fresh, balanced wines shaped by the growing season—crafted for both structure and approachability.
Traminette
Aromatic and expressive, with floral notes and a crisp finish.
Corsage (Amber Style Traminette)
A more textured, skin-contact expression with added depth and character.
Petit Manseng
Bright acidity with layered fruit and richness—balanced and distinctive.

Rosé of Cabernet Franc
Clean, fruit-forward, and crisp with a dry finish.
Rosé of Chambourcin & Cabernet Sauvignon

Rosé of Chambourcin & Viognier
